How will I receive my box? Your order will be carefully packaged to ensure it stays safe during shipping. I’ll also include clear instructions on how to assemble it and remove any protective materials so it looks beautiful and ready to impress
What changes when I choose a theme color for the box? Selecting a theme color customizes several elements, including the name on the box, the ribbon tying the box, the name on the glass cup, the hair bow, and the jewelry box color.

Can the package arrive fully assembled? Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of the glass cup, it requires additional protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely. While all other items can be arranged in place, the glass cup will be securely wrapped separately.
Can I ask for a color that is not listed? If you want a color that is not listed, feel free to reach out. There are a few color options that I have that have not been uploaded.
Can I choose black on black or white on white? The short answer is yes. While you are able to choose these options, I do not recommend this as it can hard to see the names. If you do happen to choose this, I will reach out to you after placing your order just to make sure.
