Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom Orders: Processing time for custom orders may vary and will be specified at the time of order confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (within the United States) can vary. This will depend on the selected courier and time you selected at checkout.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do not ship internationally.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with major shipping carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of order. Designs with Diana is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@designswithdiana.com

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Designs with Diana is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@designswithdiana.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Designs with Diana is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
