Step 1: Initial Inquiry
- You submit an inquiry via the online form on designswithdiana.com or sends an email/phone call or text message.
- Upon receiving the inquiry, a confirmation email is sent within 24 hours with a link to book a consultation call and fill out a detailed questionnaire.
Step 2: Consultation & Questionnaire
- You then book a 30-minute consultation call at your convenience using the provided link
- Before the call, you complete a questionnaire to provide details on your wedding theme, colors, style preferences, wording, budget, and any inspiration they have.
- During the consultation call, we discuss your responses, clarify any questions, and explore design possibilities.
Step 3: Proposal & Contract
- Based on the consultation, a customized proposal is prepared and sent to you within 3 business days.
- The proposal includes design concepts, pricing, production timeline, and any optional add-ons.
- Once you approve the proposal, a contract is sent for review and signature.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the project.
Step 4: Design Phase
- After the deposit is received, you will receive a link to create an account for your client portal in Dubsado.
- The initial design drafts are created and shared within 7-10 business days.
- You can request up to three rounds of revisions to refine the design.
- Once the final design is approved, the remaining balance is due before production.
Step 5: Production & Quality Check
- Printing and assembly commence once full payment is received.
- Quality control checks are conducted to ensure all elements meet the agreed-upon standards.
Step 6: Delivery
- The final invitations are carefully packaged and shipped to you or mailed out to the guests, depending on your request.
- Tracking information is provided for peace of mind.
- Local pickup options are available if preferred. I am located in Fort Pierce, FL
Step 7: Post-Delivery Support
- A follow-up email is sent to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions regarding mailing or assembly.
- I encourage you to leave a review and share photos of your special day.

- Estimated project timeline: 6-8 weeks from initial inquiry to delivery.
- Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee.
- Custom add-ons such as envelope addressing, wax seals, and embellishments are available upon request.
